Senior Executive - HR (Payroll & Compliance)
Manage end-to-end payroll processing .
Handle statutory compliances including PF, ESIC, PT etc.
Prepare and maintain payroll reports, salary registers, and statutory registers.
Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and maintain documentation.
Knowledge of CTC structure, salary components, and tax calculations.
Experience in infrastructure / construction / heavy equipment / logistics is mandatory.
