How to Get Hired at Pilbara Minerals

  • Pilbara Minerals (ASX: PLS) is a Western Australian lithium pure-play running the Pilgangoora hard-rock spodumene mine, with growing downstream and international exposure via POSCO JV and the pending Latin Resources merger.
  • The lithium price crash from late 2022 has compressed margins severely — PLS is currently in cost discipline mode, not expansion mode, which affects hiring volume and salary headroom in 2025-2026.
