Senior Engineering Manager

Montreal, Canada March 13, 2026 Ea Careers Portal (Custom Ats)

Quality is not a gate at the end. We engineer it from the start.

As Senior Engineering Manager for FC QVE, you will lead quality engineering team embedded within the EA SPORTS FC franchise. You will redefine how you build, and sustain software quality across one of the world's largest sports titles.

We are looking for a leader who operates with urgency, dives deep into systems, and refuses to accept mediocrity. You will manage outcomes end-to-end — from technical architecture to talent density — and build mechanisms that scale.

You report to the TD2 of FC QVE and serve as a force multiplier across the franchise.
