Job Description:

In this role you will: 

  • Execute CQE responsibilities as defined by the CQE Policy documents, Entegris business processes, account specific support plan and as led by CQE management.  

  • This position will be dedicated to support business from all or specific Entegris divisions with China customer(s) and product(s) the role is intended for 

  • Participate in varying levels of engagement with customers and company teams on Problem Solving, Change Management, Customer and Internal Audits, Project Development, Product Support and Development Programs as well as many other cross-functional tasks and projects that are aligned with Entegris and Customer goals.  

  • Be part of a global team that is designed to improve success of Entegris with our customers.  

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams at varying levels and varying degrees of complexity across a vast range of products, regions and companies. (customers and suppliers). 

  • Demonstrate excellence in planning, execution, discipline, learning, leadership, and teamwork (exemplify Entegris PACE values) 

  • Provide support for various documentation expectations such as business process documents, item tracking, performance reporting and continuous improvement project management. 

 

Traits we believe make a strong candidate: 

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Electric/Electronic Engineering; or related technical field preferred 

  • Experience in an engineering role in the areas of quality, process, equipment or materials within the semiconductor industry. Areas of interest include CVD, CMP, Photo, Etch, Implant, BCD, with Liquid/Air/Gas Filtration & Purification experience will be plus 

  • Experience managing issues and projects between internal stakeholders and customers with experience in escalation management and project management focused on closing gaps between company capabilities and customer needs.   

  • Experience with applicable quality tools such as pareto, FMEA’s, SPC/SQC, histograms, trend analysis, process mapping, design of experiments, cause and effect diagrams, 8D problem solving methodology 

  • Experience working from home and remotely collaborating with colleagues, customers and suppliers in virtual meetings is beneficial.  

  • Flexibility to work non-standard hours and alternate work shifts to balance workload across America and Asia scope of activities. 

  • Ability to communicate verbally in English and Mandarin.  

  • Experience with working and communicating between North America based manufacturing facilities and Asia based support teams and customers.
