Senior End-User Support Engineer

Responsibilities Provide in-person technical support for end-user hardware, software, and connectivity issues Deploy and manage desktop and laptop equipment including imaging, provisioning, and decommissioning Support peripheral devices including monitors, docks, and audiovisual equipment Coordinate hardware repairs and warranty services with vendors and internal teams Maintain accurate asset inventory through proper tagging, tracking, and regular audits Troubleshoot and resolve operating system and application issues across the organization Requirements Experience providing hands-on technical support in corporate environments Knowledge of desktop operating systems, business applications, and hardware troubleshooting Familiarity with IT service management tools and ticketing systems Strong documentation skills with attention to detail and process compliance Excellent customer service approach with ability to explain technical concepts clearly Ability to work on-site 5 days per week at our El Segundo location!
