As the Director, Medical Science Liaisons, you will report directly to the Vice President, Medical Affairs and will be responsible for building and leading the Medical Science Liaison (MSL) teams and collaborating with the therapeutic area Medical Directors to develop field medical strategy and tactics in support of Medical Affairs (MA) goals. The individual will provide support across REGENXBIO’s clinical development programs for the neuromuscular/DMD program, assist with planning and executing advisory boards, manage KOL advisors, and provide medical support at congresses.

The estimated compensation range for the Director role is $206,000 to $290,000 annually; for the Senior Director role, it is $240,000 to $340,000. The actual salary offered to the final candidate depends on a number of factors such as relevant work experience, skills, education, and years of experience.
