What'll You'll Do

We are seeking a Senior Director, Strategic Accounts to lead publisher monetization on the Nexxen SSP. Reporting to the VP, you will manage a team of 4–5 Strategic Account Managers, own large media/publisher relationships with high client engagement and meetings, create playbooks and client materials, identify growth and partnership opportunities, support sales for new offerings, and represent Nexxen at industry events. Required 8-11 years of AdTech experience with strong publisher connection and relationship and high monetization and data operations experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hit quarterly revenue targets and grow publisher product adoption.

  • Manage, coach, and scale a team of 4–5 Strategic Account Managers; own a portfolio of high-value accounts.

  • Oversee large media/publisher relationships and develop strategic, revenue-driving partnerships that evolves meetings and other touch points.

  • Run QBRs and present value/roadmaps to publishers; identify growth opportunities.

  • Coordinate cross-functionally with sales, product, DSP, engineering, and OPS to resolve issues and unlock potential revenue opportunities.

  • Drive in-market activity: publisher meetings, conference representation, and industry networking.

  • Understand integrations and tech (SSP, ad servers, Prebid, etc.) to advise publishers and internal teams.

  • Use analytics to improve auction performance (win rate, bid rate, RPM)

What Will I Bring?

  • 8-11 years in AdTech with deep publisher-side SSP/monetization experience.

  • 2+ years experience managing 4–5 account managers and overseeing large publishing accounts.

  • Proven record meeting/exceeding quarterly revenue goals.

  • Strong relationship building and negotiation skills with enterprise publishers.

  • Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and attending industry events.

  • Technical fluency in programmatic integrations and performance metrics.

  • Data-driven, organized, and effective in cross-functional project ownership.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to represent team needs, influence cross‑functional partners, and support organizational goals through team leadership

In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role is $140,000 - $200,000 at the time of posting, with the potential of an incentive. While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
