Senior Director, Head of Consumer Solutions
What we expect of you day to day
- Develop and own the regional consumer strategy, including product positioning, market expansion plans, and multi‑year growth priorities.
- Collaborate with generalist AEs to lead business development with issuers, neobanks, and fintech partners, shaping joint value propositions, negotiating commercial agreements, and driving revenue outcomes.
- Own commercial outcomes: build pipeline of core and benefits opportunities, support pricing and contract negotiations through deal closure
- Work cross-functionally to respond to RFPs and deliver client pitches
- Oversee the product roadmap for consumer solutions (credit, affluent, benefits, loyalty), ensuring alignment with market needs and Visa’s global strategy.
- Collaborate with regional and global cross‑functional teams (marketing, risk, product, legal, finance) to deliver launches and optimize performance across FR/BE/LU markets.
- Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics to inform product evolution and strategic recommendations.
- Represent Visa externally, serving as a subject‑matter expert for consumer payments in the region.
