As Senior Director of Finance for Walmart-US, you’ll partner with the SVP & Chief Financial Officer – Health & Wellness to shape segment strategy, lead long-term financial planning, and guide high‑impact decisions across the organization. What you'll do...
- Lead strategic planning: Own short- and long-term segment financial plans; set targets, quantify risks, and align leaders across lines of business.
- Partner and support Payer relations and negotiations through deep analytics, modeling and strategic planning
- Drive financial decisioning: Identify gaps to goals, analyze performance, and provide actionable insights on historical trends, retail dynamics, and expected events.
- Strengthen controls & transparency: Oversee control structures, partner on cross‑functional process design, and enhance reporting clarity to mitigate misstatement risk.
- Model, present, influence: Oversee complex financial models; craft executive-ready materials; present business cases; communicate forecasts, assumptions, and variances.
- Elevate reporting & consolidation: Lead global consolidation, internal management reporting, and financial analysis; resolve timing issues; review balance sheet fluctuations.
- 8+ years of finance/accounting experience
- 4+ years leading cross‑functional initiatives; Fortune 100 finance experience a plus.
- Health & Wellness finance background (payer, provider, or retail pharmacy); comfort operating at enterprise scale
- Expertise in strategic planning, financial modeling, and translating complexity into clear narratives and visuals.
- Organized, detail‑ and results‑oriented leader who thrives amid ambiguity and holds contributors to high standards.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $260,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
