Senior Director- Data Center Readiness (Nashville, TN)

As Senior Director, Data Center Readiness, you will create and execute playbook for site readiness turnover, all procedures, CMMS activation, Cx support, rack energization, hiring of all site staffs, cold agreements for large campuses as well as manage internal engineering teams, external contractors, and delivery schedules. You will set safety, quality, and progress metrics; report to executive leadership, establish standardized deployment playbooks and continuous improvement loops and ensure clean handoff to operations with no latent risk.
