Accountabilities:
Own and evolve the global communications and PR strategy, aligning messaging with business priorities, market expansion, and long-term growth objectives. Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on narrative development, reputation management, and external communications positioning.
- Define and lead global PR and communications strategy, ensuring consistent messaging across all regions and audiences
- Build and execute executive, corporate, and product storytelling that strengthens market leadership and category authority
- Partner with leadership on IPO readiness communications, investor relations messaging, and long-term brand positioning
- Lead and develop a high-performing PR and communications team while managing global agency partners
- Establish and scale a speaker bureau, positioning internal experts as industry voices across media, analyst, and event ecosystems
- Own crisis communications strategy and readiness, ensuring rapid, effective, and credible response during critical events
- Oversee performance measurement through KPIs, share of voice, and brand impact metrics tied to business outcomes
- 10+ years of experience in communications, PR, or analyst relations within B2B SaaS or technology environments
- Proven experience operating at senior leadership level, ideally including IPO-stage or high-growth scaling organizations
- Strong media relationships and ability to drive earned media strategies across global markets
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including executive messaging, press materials, and thought leadership content
- Experience leading global teams and managing external PR/communications agencies
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity or technical domains is highly preferred
- Ability to operate as a player-coach, balancing strategy with hands-on execution
- Experience managing crisis communications and reputation risk scenarios
