Role and Responsibilities

Own and deliver against an annual revenue target, driving new business growth within Bounteous’ Adobe-related portfolio

Generate and build pipelines through proactive outbound efforts, Adobe partner collaboration, and market engagement

Partner closely with Adobe sales and alliance teams to identify, develop, and close joint opportunities
-
Lead the full sales lifecycle from initial engagement through solutioning, proposal development, and deal closure
-
Develop clear, differentiated win strategies aligned to client priorities and Bounteous’ capabilities
-
Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key decision-makers across marketing, digital, and technology organizations
-
Position Bounteous’ value in business terms, connecting client challenges to measurable outcomes and transformation impact

Lead the development of proposals, presentations, and points of view that clearly differentiate Bounteous in competitive pursuits

Collaborate with internal strategy, experience, engineering, and data teams to shape integrated, client-centric solutions
-
Contribute to go-to-market efforts by refining offerings and supporting the evolution of Adobe-related solutions

Maintain accurate pipeline visibility, forecasting, and deal progression to support business planning

Represent Bounteous in client, partner, and Adobe-related engagements to strengthen market presence and partnership alignment
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required

7+ years of business development or sales experience within a digital consultancy, systems integrator, or agency environment

Proven success generating net-new business and closing complex deals, typically $1M+
-
Experience selling Adobe Experience Cloud or comparable digital experience platforms strongly preferred
-
Background working within a partner-led or alliance-driven sales model

Demonstrated ability to build and manage executive-level client relationships

Strong understanding of digital transformation, including strategy, experience, data, and technology delivery

Proficiency with Salesforce Sales Cloud and standard business productivity tools

Excellent communication and executive presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders

Strong consultative selling skills, including the ability to uncover client needs and develop compelling, differentiated solutions
