What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Engineering team and work directly on our product critical path: deployment, orchestration, observability, and secure communication — using the latest technologies in the industry. You will focus on both platform-level DevOps requirements and embedding DevOps best practices into our products.
What You Will Be Doing
Design, implement, and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines and release processes across product teams
Build and maintain cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/Terragrunt, Helm charts, Kustomize, Bicep/ARM)
Operate and scale Kubernetes clusters (AKS) and supporting services (networking, storage, service mesh)
Implement and maintain GitOps workflows using Argo CD for declarative, auditable deployments
Deploy and manage observability stacks - metrics, logging, alerting, tracing (Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor, OpenTelemetry) with well-defined SLOs/SLAs
Manage onprem and cloud resources, optimize costs, and ensure infrastructure health and security across environments
Participate in incident management whenever required - on-call rotation, triage, resolution, and blameless post-incident reviews
Automate routine operational tasks, debug complex infrastructure issues, and optimize system performance
Collaborate cross-functionally with product engineering, QA, security, and support teams to drive reliable delivery
Document procedures, runbooks, and architectural decisions with clarity and consistency
What You Will Bring
Required
6+ years of hands-on DevOps / SRE experience operating large-scale SaaS or regulated environments
Strong proficiency in one or more programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, Go, Bash, PowerShell, C/C++, Java, JavaScript)
Solid experience with cloud infrastructure (Microsoft Azure preferred)
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production (AKS preferred)
Proven experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools to manage cloud resources and deployments (e.g., Terraform/Terragrunt, Helm charts, Kustomize)
Experience with GitOps practices and tools (Argo CD preferred)
Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and alerting stacks — Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor, OpenTelemetry — including SLO/SLA definition and audit/security logging
Experience with cloud and container security best practices
Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects — building, managing, and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems or cloud infrastructure with a Kubernetes focus
Ability to debug and optimize across code, networking, storage, and systems layers while communicating clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience with incident management processes and participating in an on-call rotation
Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills

Bonus Points
Relevant certifications in Azure, Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD), Security, or Linux
Good knowledge of Linux internals (filesystems, inodes, system calls) and networking (TCP/IP, routing, network topologies, SDN)
Experience with Microsoft Windows & Microsoft environments, MS Build, and Windows-based troubleshooting
Knowledge of building AI agents or using LLMs to automate routine DevOps tasks
Exposure to MLOps workflows and tooling
Experience with service mesh technologies (e.g., Istio)
Experience with event-driven architectures (e.g., Kafka) and microservices patterns
Exposure with SBOM generation, software supply chain security, or compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, FedRAMP/NIST)
Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
