While Xebia is a global tech company, our journey in CEE started with two Polish companies – PGS Software, known for world-class cloud and software solutions, and GetInData, a pioneer in Big Data. Today, we’re a team of 1,000+ experts delivering top-notch work across cloud, data, and software. And we’re just getting started.

You will be:

• building and supporting the tools, processes and infrastructure empowering the faster delivery and scaling of software iterations (ideally with greater quality and the necessary operational insight),
• ensuring availability, reliability and scalability of application infrastructure,
• building and supporting continuous integration/delivery and release tools,
• ensuring the right metrics are collected and monitored,
• leading the migration to GitHub Cloud and evolving CI/CD pipelines with zero disruption to development teams,
• architecting and maintaining auto-scaling self-hosted runners on Kubernetes (GitHub Actions Runner Controller – ARC),
• supporting hybrid CI/CD environments (including Jenkins on Kubernetes) during transition phases,
• managing and optimising engineering tooling (e.g. JFrog Artifactory) for distributed teams,
• driving performance optimisation and cost efficiency (FinOps) within AWS EKS environments,
• standardizing infrastructure using Terraform to enforce “No ClickOps” practices,
• supporting BAU operations, incident response, and continuous improvement of platform reliability.

Your profile:

• smart and tech-savvy engineer with 5+ years of experience working with DevOps practices and Continuous Delivery,

• practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in software delivery,
  strong experience with AWS (including EKS) and Kubernetes in production environments,

• solid skills in Terraform, Helm, and scripting (Bash/Python),

• hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD or similar),

   

• proven experience migrating CI/CD pipelines to GitHub Cloud and working with GitHub Actions (including ARC),

• experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana),

• experience supporting production environments (BAU), incident response, and RCA processes,

   

• security awareness (OWASP, encryption, secrets management),

• very communicative and collaborative, with a strong sense of ownership,

• upper intermediate/advanced English (B2/C1),

   

• consultant mindset.

  Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
