Senior Devops Architect

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Product Architecture Engineer to lead the architectural roadmap of our platform. The role involves designing scalable microservices-based systems, driving platform improvements, and ensuring reliability, observability, and performance across distributed cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and evolution of microservices architecture and define service boundaries and integration patterns.
  
• Drive platform improvements including AI-driven features, performance optimization, and scalability initiatives.
  
• Implement observability strategy using tools like Open Telemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and Tempo.
  
• Define container sizing and scaling strategies for Kubernetes deployments.
  
• Guide Kubernetes deployments using Helm and improve deployment pipelines.
  
• Architect event-driven distributed systems using messaging platforms like RabbitMQ and Redis.
  
• Collaborate with Product, DevOps, QA, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.
  
• Conduct architecture reviews, mentor engineers, and establish best practices.
  
• Maintain architecture documentation, diagrams, and decision records.
  

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in microservices architecture and distributed systems.
  
• Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm.
  
• Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry).
  
• Knowledge of RabbitMQ/Kafka and Redis.
  
• Experience designing REST or event-driven services.
  
• Strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills.
  

Good to Have:

• Experience with Terraform / Infrastructure-as-Code.
  
• Knowledge of multi-cloud or hybrid architectures.
  
• Familiarity with Java & Spring Boot or similar microservices frameworks.
  
• Understanding of security best practices and compliance standards.
