How you'll make a difference:

  • Set and champion the design vision for sophisticated institutional and public‑sector projects from concept through realization
  • Translate client, stakeholder, and community aspirations into innovative architectural responses rooted in sustainability and performance
  • Lead the exploration and resolution of complex design and technical challenges, ensuring clarity of design intent throughout delivery
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to integrate architecture, structure, and building systems into cohesive solutions
  • Partner with DIALOG leadership to support design‑focused client relationships and represent design intent with authorities having jurisdiction
  • Mentor, inspire, and grow teams while advancing design quality, emerging methodologies, and inclusive studio culture

Who you are:

  • 12+ years of experience leading institutional or government architectural projects, including large‑scale work (>$100M construction value)
  • Professional degree in Architecture required; master’s degree and registration (or eligibility) preferred
  • Proven design leader capable of directing multidisciplinary teams through conceptual, technical, and sustainability-driven decisions
  • Strong understanding of Revit and BIM platforms with the ability to provide strategic oversight of design workflows
  • Experience supporting project pursuits (RFQs, RFPs, fee proposals)
  • Clear, confident communicator who can articulate design ideas and technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • LEED AP or similar sustainability credentials considered an asset
