About the Role 🤔 Quad Lock is looking for a Senior Demand Planner who'll play a key role in strengthening Quad Lock’s global demand planning capability and improving forecast quality across the business. Partnering closely with the Planning & Inventory Manager, this role brings strong analytical and system expertise to support effective S&OP and better commercial and operational decision-making. Working cross-functionally, you’ll provide insight-driven forecasting, coach best practices, and proactively drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and behaviours. This is a hands-on, change-oriented role for someone who takes ownership, challenges the status quo, and helps lift planning capability at scale. #LI-CG1
