You are looking for a new challenge in an exciting, international environment and want to lead strategic delivery projects that transform the digital core into our future backbone for growth? We are searching for various motivated candidates in our business and IT departments in different locations.

We are steering the digital transformation of HUGO BOSS AG out of our SAP S/4 HANA program globally – creating the digital core that empowers our business. Our team is focusing on program and project management to orchestrate all activities across the relevant domains, projects and regions. We are defining the framework, steering the activities and bringing discussions to fast decisions.

What you can expect:

• Lead the regional SAP S/4 HANA delivery across departments, ensuring on-time, on-budget and in-quality delivery of key milestones and go-lives while ensuring consistent risk mitigation plan for business go live as well as process & system stabilization.
• Drive stakeholder and change management in the region, orchestrate the local teams in close alignment with global program management team in Germany and manage external partners by using strong communication, moderation and coordination skills.
• Deliver methodology and project management excellence with clear timelines, milestones, priorities, responsibilities, reporting, follow-ups, risk and dependency management by using your strong structuring skills and pragmatism. Own the governance of the project methods, tools and procedure.
• Establish KPI-based transparency that enables effective steering and informed decision-making at all levels with clear escalation path to ensure high efficiency and speed.
• Oversee the project plan from technical and business perspective and its dependency with other projects and initiatives ensuring a consistent procedure and execution across fit-gap analysis, solution design and implementation, including functional design, testing, cut-over, and hypercare, to secure a stable and successful go-live.
• Build a global team that supports each other and works together towards a joint goal by using your social, personal and empathic skills.

Your profile:

• Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Information Systems, Business Administration or comparable qualifications.
• At least 6+ years of proven experience in project management or rollout delivery with strong hands-on experience in large ERP transformation projects.
• Excellent project management skills, with strong planning, prioritization, and coordination of multiple workstreams, dependencies and stakeholders.
• High motivation, decisiveness, reliability, diplomatic presence with strong emotional intelligence, and a collaborative “one team” mindset.
• Strong facilitation, communication and change-management skills, able to navigate challenging situations, and bring different interests together.
• Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional relationships, manage expectations, and align stakeholders at different levels, providing decision support and influencing outcomes without direct authority.
• Fluency in English (mandatory), German language skills are a plus.
• No travel restrictions and willingness to travel within the region and globally as required.
