Senior Data Engineer

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines, manage databases, ensure data integration and security, and develop data pipelines. Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to ensure data is collected, stored, and processed efficiently
Data Architecture & Development
- Design and maintain scalable data pipelines for batch and real-time processing.
- Develop and optimize data models for analytics and machine learning use cases.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all systems.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with data scientists, analysts, and business teams to understand data requirements.
- Partner with cloud and infrastructure teams to ensure optimal performance and cost efficiency.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Evaluate emerging technologies and tools to enhance data engineering capabilities.
- Drive automation and efficiency improvements in data workflows.
KEY SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Demonstrated experience as a data engineer processing data volumes
- Excellent SQL skills, Snowflake preferred
- Good Python knowledge
- Good understanding of ETL pipelines ingestion, normalization
- Good understanding of cloud infrastructures, preferably Azure
- Worked in an Agile environment
