Senior Data Analyst

Headquartered in sunny Barcelona, we're now a team of 380+ people representing over 60 nationalities, united by a passion for transforming the future of short-term rentals. ⭐ Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our Data Team and work closely with our Product department. In this strategic role, you will transform complex data into actionable insights that directly support product optimization, with a strong focus on funnel optimization across all product areas. As an embedded partner within Product teams, you will analyze and optimize user journeys from acquisition to activation, conversion, and retention. You'll define customer value metrics, design and lead A/B experiments, and translate business KPIs into product-level signals that drive growth. You'll be the bridge between data and decision-making, ensuring our strategies are evidence-based and customer-focused.
