As one of our Data / AI Engineers, you’re a core builder of the intelligence behind Effectory. You design, maintain, and evolve the data architecture that fuels our analytics, powers AI features, and helps organizations around the world turn employee feedback into meaningful action.

You work closely with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Software Engineers, making sure that high-quality data and the AI models built on top of it.  Whether it’s streamlining pipelines, deploying ML models, or automating workflows, you ensure that our platform continues to scale with clarity, trust, and technical excellence.

What you’ll be doing:

• Design, build, and evolve scalable data architecture aligned with business and AI/ML requirements

• Develop and manage data ingestion pipelines from diverse sources, ensuring data is clean, structured, and ready for analytics or model training

• Prepare data for AI, ML, and advanced analytics, improving quality, reliability, and accessibility

• Integrate data from APIs, databases, events and additional internal/external sources

• Collaborate with Data Scientists to deliver models and AI flows to endpoints, supporting deployment, monitoring, and full lifecycle management

• Automate workflows using CI/CD, orchestration tools, and modern DevOps/MLOps practices

• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to translate business needs into technical solutions

• Deploy and monitor pipelines and models using cloud-native tools (Azure preferred)

• Provide documentation, support, and guidance to internal stakeholders and customers

• Continuously improve our tools, workflows, and architecture

• Stay current with emerging data and AI technologies and best practices

• Work in an agile, cross-functional environment aligned with company OKRs

• Take ownership of technical decisions and their impact on our product and platform
