About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Creative Specialist with strong experience in website management (Wix/WordPress), video editing, and social media marketing, ideally within the property management industry.

This role blends creativity and leadership — perfect for someone who can both produce standout content and lead a small creative team toward strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute creative strategies across web, social, and video platforms.
Manage and update websites using Wix or similar platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
Produce high-quality videos for marketing and social media.
Lead social media campaigns and maintain content calendars.
Oversee the creative process from concept to delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Mentor and collaborate with junior creatives and marketing assistants.

Qualifications & Requirements

4+ years of creative or marketing experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
Proven expertise in website design (Wix preferred), video production, and social media management.
Strong eye for design, storytelling, and brand consistency.
Experience in property management, real estate, or related industries preferred.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Additional Requirements

Must be currently residing in the Philippines or Latin America.
Must have a stable internet connection and a remote-ready workstation.
