Arabic & French Digital Copywriter (Freelance)
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Arabic and English Digital Copywriter to create, translate and adapt English digital content into Arabic (with GCC tonality). The role requires more than direct translation – it’s about ensuring that localized content reads naturally, reflects cultural nuances, and maintains the original brand voice and intent. You’ll work across a range of digital channels, including websites and email campaigns, ensuring every piece resonates authentically with local and regional audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate, adapt, and refine English content into Arabic (with GCC tone) for websites, email campaigns, landing pages, and other digital assets.
- Ensure translations capture the tone, intent, and emotional impact of the original copy while tailoring it to cultural and linguistic context.
- Collaborate with designers, strategists, and marketing teams to align messaging with brand and campaign objectives.
- Write and optimize email campaign content (subject lines, body copy, CTAs) in Arabic to drive engagement and conversions.
- Ensure copy adheres to SEO and email best practices.
- Maintain consistency in voice, tone, and style across all touchpoints.
- Proofread and review all translated materials to ensure accuracy, fluency, and brand alignment.
- Stay informed on regional language trends and GCC communication styles to ensure relevance and authenticity.
Qualifications & Skills
- Fluency in Arabic (native-level, GCC dialect familiarity) with strong English proficiency.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in digital copywriting, translation, or localization for brands or agencies.
- Strong understanding of GCC cultural context and communication styles.
- Excellent writing, editing, and conceptual skills across digital formats.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Experience working in a digital agency or marketing environment preferred.
- Familiarity with SEO and digital analytics tools is a plus.
