Take responsibility for a functional workstream in global transformation projects and keep track of deliverables and milestones.
Guide people – both from Bluecrux and from the customer – by assuming a coaching role, supporting them in reaching their goals, and mentoring other consultants within your workstream.
Follow up in your workstream to ensure client satisfaction.
Contribute to strategic, supply chain–wide transformation that drives growth, reduces costs, and sparks innovation for our global customers.
Co-create and design the “to be” state of the future planning organization and processes, creating documentation on both process and organizational levels.
Prepare and host client workshops to detect client needs, capture challenges, and design solutions.
Look at the big picture and collaborate with other workstreams, ensuring all stakeholders are involved and aligned.
Provide guidance during the implementation process, ensuring it happens in a smooth and structured manner.
Contribute hands-on to the implementation alongside the client, making the transformation real.
Be part of one integrated project team with your Bluecrux colleagues, the customer, and the tool provider, working all together towards one common goal.
Internally, take opportunities to generate impact by assuming an additional role (e.g., people coaching, content development, or commercial contributions).
Guide change and help carry out improvements.
You are open to travel.
