What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Developing new business and building strong commercial relationships
• Booking and attending sales visits
• Growing existing accounts and identifying new opportunities
• Maintaining consistent client communication
• Working to clear, achievable KPIs
• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing high‑quality candidates
• Preparing candidates for interviews and guiding them through the process
• Managing permanent vacancies and some contract roles
• Planning and forecasting for Monthly Business Reviews
• Creating and delivering your 90‑Day Business Plan
