Senior Construction Delivery Manager (Permanent)
🚀 The Job Mission
This role is critical to the delivery of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC works on a flagship nuclear site.
You'll manage construction teams and contractors to achieve programme milestones.
The mission involves technical oversight, contractor management, and performance reporting.
⚡️ Lead day-to-day M&E works across multiple construction zones
⚡️ Manage contractors and ensure progress aligns with delivery schedules
⚡️ Supervise and support direct reports with guidance and performance oversight
⚡️ Monitor programme progress and mitigate risk proactively
⚡️ Drive high standards for safety, environment, and quality assurance
⚡️ Lead coordination meetings with site teams and stakeholders
⚡️ Support contractor mobilisation and site readiness reviews
⚡️ Produce clear weekly/monthly performance updates and reports
Essential Skills
🛠 Proven experience in mechanical and electrical construction delivery
🛠 Strong leadership and team supervision in complex environments
🛠 Proficient in site safety procedures and contractor coordination
🛠 Competent in progress reporting and risk mitigation
🛠 Holds a relevant engineering qualification (Mechanical, Electrical or Construction)
🛠 SMSTS, IOSH or NEBOSH site safety certification
Desired Skills
✔️ Experience in regulated or high-security infrastructure
✔️ Understanding of commissioning and handover stages
✔️ Familiar with digital construction and site reporting tools
✔️ Experience in nuclear or large energy sector projects
✔️ Basic French language skills
