Senior Clinical Programs Manager

We're looking for a Senior Clinical Programs Manager who can operate at the intersection of clinical credibility and operational rigor. This is a critical role for a strategic executor who thrives on taking complex pilots from concept to scale and ensuring that clinical initiatives are deeply embedded into the fabric of our organization.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Nursing or equivalent with at least one active Advanced Practice Nursing (NP) License within Canada
- 5+ years of clinical experience and 2+ years in program management, clinical operations, or healthcare strategy
- Proven expertise in leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives from pilot to full-scale sustainability
- Advanced skills in project management including the use of trackers, briefs, and risk mitigation frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build alignment across diverse internal and external groups
