Senior Client Consultant

At dentsu we're looking for a Senior Client Consultant in Milan.
The purpose of this role is to support the Client Services team in helping clients achieve their business goals. The selected candidate will work closely with the activation team across both online and offline media activities, ensuring effective execution and a strong client relationship.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: ensure projects and plans meet objectives and stay on time/budget

• Client Support: Assist Client Manager with client liaison and administration

• Activation Units Management: definition of briefs for unit activations in line with clients’ KPIs and business objectives, media reporting review coordination, finance reporting and invoicing process

• Coordination with International local Unit and Global Team: collecting storing, reporting, attending meeting

• Keep updated on the Client’s marketplace through competitor reviews and reading

• Develop strong working relationships with Clients

• Ensure Client needs are met quickly, efficiently and completely with the defined timings and a high-quality output for all activities

Requirements

• At least 4+ years of experience in international agencies

• Strong understanding of paid media planning principles; both media digital and offline

• Tool: AdBox, Kubik

• Great client relationship skills, with the ability to engage high-profile stakeholders using the appropriate tone and approach

• Good level of English, spoken and written

• Excellent organizational and relational skills

• Strong problem-solving skills, proactivity, and autonomy in day-to-day project management

• Positive attitude, team spirit, and a strong commitment to excellence in client service
