Role Overview
As a Call Centre Agent, you will contact applicants, build rapport, and move candidates through the recruitment process efficiently. This role suits competitive individuals who thrive in KPI-heavy environments and enjoy high activity levels.
You will:
- Make high-volume calls
- Engage candidates confidently
- Present the role clearly and build enthusiasm
- Identify high-potential applicants
- Keep candidates progressing through the process
- Hit daily and weekly KPIs
- Support team goals with consistency and pace
What You Need
- Strong phone skills
- 2 years contact centre experience is a plus
- Competitive, ambitious and results-driven
- Comfortable working with KPIs
- Clear communication (English)
- Experience in sales, customer service or high-volume call centres is a plus
- DBS check required (covered by Verisure)
