Role Summary & Impact
Manage end-to-end media investment execution across Television and digital platforms. Negotiate rates, secure competitive benchmarks, ensure optimal inventory utilization, maintain strong vendor relationships, and deliver high-quality investment outputs in compliance with processes and budgets. Additionally, support client-facing teams with insights, market intelligence, and ensure delivery aligns with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities – Media Investment

  • Lead rate negotiations and deal structuring with television broadcasters and digital publishers
  • Execute investments across TV genres, display, video, OTT, and social platforms
  • Secure competitive CPRPs (TV) and CPMs (digital) while ensuring optimal inventory utilization
  • Negotiate value-added opportunities, sponsorships, integrations, and special properties
  • Track and report investment efficiency metrics (CPRP, CPM, delivery vs. commitment, spillages, viewability)
  • Align TV and digital schedules to ensure seamless campaign delivery
  • Maintain accuracy in deal reporting, documentation, and reconciliations
  • Ensure adherence to financial processes, booking protocols, and audit compliance
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with broadcasters, OTT platforms, and digital publishers
  • Partner closely with client servicing and planning teams to ensure investments align with client objectives
  • Provide regular client updates on market trends, pricing benchmarks, and deal efficiencies
  • Support client discussions by demonstrating value delivered through negotiations and added benefits
  • Act as a bridge between internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution and delivery

Skills & Experience

  • Relevant Experience requirement 10-12 years 
  • Proven expertise in television investment, negotiations, CPRP optimization, and inventory management
  • Working knowledge of digital investment (display, video, OTT, social) and key metrics (CPM, CPC, CTR, viewability)
  • Strong vendor relationship management and commercial acumen
  • Ability to translate investment outcomes into client value
  • Detail-oriented with strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
