Job Purpose: As a Senior Business Development Manager – Peripherals you will drive the growth and development of the peripherals vendor ecosystem across multiple European countries. This role focuses on building strong manufacturer relationships, expanding vendor engagement, and owning the commercial strategy for an evolving and fast‑growing portfolio. Responsibilities: Develop and grow the peripherals business across Europe. Build and strengthen relationships with manufacturers and key vendor partners. Lead commercial negotiations, performance reviews, and strategic planning. Own vendor engagement and portfolio expansion strategies. Analyze market trends and distributor dynamics to identify growth opportunities. Maintain accurate reporting and visibility of business performance. Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and other internal teams. Represent the business in vendor meetings and strategic discussions Knowledge Skills and Experience Several years of experience in the position or similar positions. Strong understanding of manufacturers, distributors, and IT channel dynamics. IT market knowledge. Experience in business development, negotiation, and vendor management. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Strong Excel and Office 365 proficiency. Experience in European markets (highly valued). High level of English is required, additional languages are a plus. Commission‑driven, adaptable, and business‑oriented mindset.
