Senior Business Analyst

Overview

The Build Factory team is looking for a Lead – Business Analyst for translating complex business needs into clear system requirements, data models, and actionable insights. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, product owners, engineers, and data teams to define requirements, enable analytics and reporting, and drive data-informed decision-making.
Success will be achieved by consistently innovating, collaborating, and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about innovating, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and can move from strategy to execution effortlessly.

Role

In this position, you will:

• Partner with stakeholders, leading end-to-end requirements definition for complex initiatives, including business, functional, non-functional, and data requirements
• Design and deliver dashboards and reports using Power BI, ensuring clarity, usability, and data integrity
• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization
• Act as a lead analyst on initiatives, setting standards and best practices for requirements and analytics
• Translate business problems into clear, actionable requirements and enabling scalability by designing and implementing systems, processes, and tooling that help the team scale efficiently.
• Coordinate across teams and engage with Technical Program Managers, Service Delivery teams, and change control and governance stakeholders to ensure information is consistently structured and consumable.
• Contribute to scalable change control processes to prevent scope creep in large build initiatives and help ensure that governance information is visible, structured, and usable.


All About You

• More than 8 years of expertise in data analytics, Power Platform and hands on experience with python
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment independently or part of a team
• Always look for potential solutions to solve problems, remove manual processes and improve data accessibility
• Strong business analysis capability, with an excellent ability to translate technical situations into clear business problems and a focus on why something is being built
• Ability to clearly articulate complex technical scenarios in business terms and work effectively across geographically distributed teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
