We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst (BA). This role will lead business requirement analysis for agentic content curation platforms, partnering closely with product owners, engineering and UIUX to deliver scalable, safe, and high‑impact AI solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, hands‑on experience with AI products, and the ability to shape complex requirements into executable roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities
Accountable for domain expertise in content curation platform capabilities and AI agents including task decomposition, workflow mapping, and risk constraints Human‑in‑the‑loop (HITL) processes
Articulate complex business requirements and acceptance criteria, into structured specifications for software and AI engineering.
Partner with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI agents can improve efficiency, reduce risk, or create new capabilities.
Accountable for requirement analysis planning, date commitments and risk escalation with delivery and programe manager.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or software engineering
Solid hands-on experience defining business requirements and acceptance criteria in complex programme delivery.
Proven software engineering experience with a strong record of delivering successful projects.
Familiarity with LLM, prompt engineering, API integration, or model evaluation.
Knowledge of delivery risk management and responsible AI practices.
Excellent process mapping, problem‑solving, and analytical capability.
Ability to engage stakeholders at senior levels and communicate complex ideas simply.
