What the day will look like The Transaction Solutions (product focused) role forms part of Aon Mergers & Acquisitions and Transaction Solutions (AMATS) business model. Advisory, broking, delivery, development (including product awareness and training) and related functions across Transaction Solutions product (W&I, Tax, Contingency and related insurances) on M&A transactions and other client situations. Geographic business focus is across the Aon Asia region. Engagement of and ongoing network relationship management the AMATS eco-system including external distribution channels (lawyers, investment banks, accounting firms, private equity firms, fund managers and others) and internal distribution channels (Aon Client Leaders and Aon Solution Line colleagues) wherever situated to develop relationships and deliver Transaction Solutions to clients and prospects. Regular attendance at external client meetings across the Asia region and seminars with a view to building relationships. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes international travel. Preparation of Aon content and marketing materials, collation of data and other collateral for business development activities and deal specific use. Develop Aon IQ knowledge of the AMATS client value proposition and be able to confidently present on the broader solutions and services offered to the AMATS eco-system Other functions and tasks that supports the development of AMATS Skills and experience that will lead to success Expertise in M&A solutions, including W&I, Tax & Contingency Insurance solutions advisory and risk/insurance products. Track record of building senior client relationships and driving business development. Collaborative approach to working across local and regional teams. Understanding of regulatory compliance across Asia markets. Exceptional communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
