We are seeking a passionate and skilled automation / tools developer to join our global Corporate IT team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy sophisticated technologies, collaborating with multi-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions for real-world challenges. As we expand our versatile team, we are seeking a passionate and skilled AI Developer to help us build the next generation of intelligent applications. This position will reside in the Corporate IT and will work closely with our teams around the world. Responsibilities Create automation and workflow improvement tools using Python, JavaScript, and various AI models. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify use cases for automation or improved tooling. Utilize Git to manage coding projects. Document code to ensure maintainability and future expansion. Requirements 3+ years of experience in Python and JavaScript. Experience with Git. Familiarity with LLMs, RAG, and Generative AI platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot Studio). Experience with cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and documentation abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global team environment. Stay up to date with the latest advancements in applicable technologies. Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics. Preferred Qualifications Experience deploying in cloud environments using Terraform. Familiarity with MLOps and DevSecOps best practices. Knowledge of data engineering and cloud-based AI services. Does it sound like you? What happens now?
