Senior Analyst Regional HR Operations

The Senior Analyst Regional HR Operations is responsible for delivering efficient, compliant, and scalable HR operational services across the assigned region. This role supports workforce administration, HR systems, compliance, reporting, process optimization, and employee lifecycle management while partnering closely with Regional HR, HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition

The role ensures operational excellence, data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Operations Management

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (hire-to-retire).
  • Oversee onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions, and contract changes, and issue letters as required.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of HR transactions.
  • Maintain employee records in compliance with local regulations.

2. Regional HR Support

  • Act as the primary HR point of contact for employees.
  • Connect with employees for 30-90-170 Days Feedback
  • Provide HR operational insights

Regional Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure adherence to regional labor laws and company policies.
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Monitor regulatory updates and suggest necessary HR process adjustments.
  • Maintain documentation and compliance tracking systems.

3. HR Systems & Data Management

  • Serve as regional SME for HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle).
  • Ensure data integrity and conduct regular audits.
  • Generate and analyze HR reports and dashboards.
  • Provide workforce metrics and insights.

4. Payroll & Benefits Coordination

  • Partner with payroll team timely payroll processing.

5. Process Improvement & Automation

  • Identify process gaps and implement efficiency improvements.
  • Lead regional HR process standardization initiatives.
  • Support digital transformation and automation.
  • Document SOPs and best practices.

6. Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with Regional HR, HRBPs and Talent Acquisition teams

Qualifications & Experience

Education

  • Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) preferred.

Experience

  • 3–6 years of progressive experience in HR Operations.
  • Experience supporting multi-country or regional HR functions.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance practices.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms and data analytics tools.
