What you will accomplish with us

As a Senior Analyst – Corporate Strategy, you will be at the heart of our mission. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Contributing to the definition and evolution of corporate strategy and growth priorities;

  • Conducting quantitative and qualitative strategic analyses of internal and external environments to develop strategic positioning recommendations;

  • Producing insight-driven materials to support strategic thinking and decision-making;

  • Facilitate executive discussions and strategic reflections on the organization’s priorities.

  • Structuring executive-level recommendations and preparing materials for senior management;

  • Providing leadership in strategic intelligence and contributing to the evolution of practices through innovative methodologies and tools;

  • Acting as a trusted internal strategic advisor to key stakeholders.

What could accelerate your success in this role

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds a bachelor’s degree in strategy, actuarial science, finance, information technology, or another relevant field;

  • Has 10 years of experience in strategy, management, or a similar role, preferably within a large financial or insurance institution;

  • Is recognized for strong analytical and synthesis skills;

  • Stands out for a strong strategic mindset and solid business acumen;

  • Demonstrates excellent communication, influence, and collaboration skills;

  • Shows rigor, efficiency, and a high tolerance for ambiguity;

  • Has an advanced level of English proficiency, as the role involves preparing strategic analyses, developing recommendations, and interacting with internal and external partners on a regular basis.

  • Fluent in French both oral and written

The typical hiring range for this position is between $106,064 and $139,208 CAD per year; the base salary offered may vary depending on knowledge, skills, years of experience, and internal equity related to the role.
