Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Singapore office supporting JLL's Asia Pacific Capital Markets business. You will drive financial planning, reporting, and providing critical insights that shape strategic business decisions. This role combines hands-on financial analysis with business partnership, offering direct exposure to senior stakeholders and diverse property assets across the region.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning & Analysis • Prepare and own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analyses • Support annual budgeting process and monthly rolling forecast • Develop financial models to evaluate business scenarios and investment opportunities• Consolidate inputs from various business units for planning cyclesBusiness Partnering • Collaborate with business unit leaders to provide financial insights • Translate financial data into actionable recommendations • Participate in business reviews and present findings to stakeholders • Support strategic decision-making through data-driven analysisReporting & Compliance • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all financial reporting deliverables • Maintain financial databases and reporting systems • Support month-end and year-end close processes • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policiesAnalysis & Insights • Analyze financial trends and identify risks and opportunities • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support business initiatives • Monitor key performance indicators and provide commentary on results • Communicate findings clearly to various stakeholders• Benchmark performance against competitors and industry standards across APAC marketsProcess Improvement • Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes • Support implementation of new systems and tools • Enhance financial analysis capabilities through methodology improvementsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field3-5 years in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related rolesPreferred: Prior experience in real estate, professional services, or multinational organizationsAdvanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling)Experience with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, or similar)Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principlesStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent attention to detail and clear communication skills for presenting complex financial informationAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesSelf-motivated with collaborative working styleProfessional certification or progress toward CPA, CFA, or ACCAFamiliarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)Knowledge of Singapore financial regulations and tax environmentLocation: On-site –SingaporeIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.  We’re interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the table!At JLL, we harness the power of artificial intelligence (AI) to efficiently accelerate meaningful connections between candidates and opportunities.
