Senior AI Sales Engineer (Pre-Sales)
We're looking for an experienced Senior Sales Engineer to support our Sales team through the entire pre-sales cycle, acting as the technical authority and trusted advisor for prospective customers, helping them understand how Hatch's AI platform solves their business challenges.
Requirements
- ~5 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Solutions Consulting in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven experience supporting complex, enterprise-level sales cycles
- Strong presentation and demo skills, Excellent communicator who can translate technical concepts into clear business outcomes
- Solid technical foundation, with experience discussing APIs, integrations, and SaaS architectures (hands-on coding not required)
- Comfortable managing multiple opportunities simultaneously in a fast-paced sales environment
- Collaborative and sales-oriented mindset, you enjoy partnering with AEs to win deals
- Curious, coachable, and motivated to improve sales motions and technical messaging
