SmartRecruiters is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design and develop agentic workflows for intelligent conversational systems in the recruiting industry. The role involves architecting and building adaptive, goal-driven conversational systems, leading the design and development of advanced ML/NLP products, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to integrate intelligent agents into real-world recruiting workflows.

Requirements

BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, NLP, or a related technical field
5+ years of experience developing and deploying machine learning systems in production
Proven expertise in NLP techniques, LLM fine-tuning, and model evaluation
Strong proficiency with deep learning frameworks and ML tools
Advanced Python programming skills and solid software engineering fundamentals
