Mandatory Skills:

Selected candidate would be leading a team
Ensure offshore team impediments are removed/addressed in timely manner
Lead sprint grooming and sprint planning sessions. Provide product demos to customers
Daily meetings with offshore to discuss issues/updates/clarifications
Must be hands-on for resolving technical issues & provide guidance
Must have competency and proven track record of delivering complex technical projects within a team environment of other engineers, meeting tight deadlines without sacrificing quality
Adobe CQ/AEM Engineer with strong Java/J2EE background.
At-least 4 years of strong Web Content Management experience with Adobe AEM / CQ5, implementing 3+ full cycle AEM projects.
Solid experience with CQ5 building blocks including templates, components, dialogs, widgets and bundles.
Good experience in Sightly scripting language
Experience on Java Content Repository (API) suite, Sling web framework and Apache Felix OSGi framework, DAM, Workflows is required.
Experience with integrating AEM/CQ5 with other products and vendors specifically targeting Social Integrations
Experience working with creative Web design teams to implement Web designs in CQ5: Templating sites for Adobe CQ5 (CSS, JavaScript, ExtJS, AJAX and HTML)
Writing custom components in Java for Adobe CQ5
Expertise in a JavaScript library (jQuery preferred) - not just wiring up events on the DOM
Experience with Continuous Integration and Automated test execution and building tools such as Jenkins, Hudson, Selenium or Maven
