Strategic and advisory role Establish and recommend procurement strategies tailored to project and client requirements Analyze commercial, contractual and logistical risks and propose mitigation measures Serve as the primary procurement advisor to clients Ensure procurement strategies align with project and client objectives Governance, leadership and continuous improvement Lead the end-to-end procurement process Develop and optimize procurement standards, procedures and tools Ensure compliance, traceability and quality of contractual documents Support, guide and coach team members in resolving complex challenges Contribute to the continuous improvement of practices and systems Execution and operational management Oversee requests for proposals, commercial evaluations and contract negotiations Manage strategic and critical supplier relationships Prepare award recommendations and obtain required approvals Support project teams with any supplier and contractual issues Help manage claims and contractual disputes
