This role is responsible for supporting the month-end close process, financial reporting, and account analysis, while also contributing to process improvements and cross-functional initiatives.

This role is responsible for supporting the month-end close process, financial reporting, and account analysis, while also contributing to process improvements and cross-functional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform month-end close activities including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
- Analyze financial results and investigate variances between actuals and budget
- Prepare supporting schedules and financial reports
- Work across multiple entities and locations to ensure accurate reporting
- Support audit requests and compliance requirements
- Assist with process improvements and implementation of efficiencies
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of general ledger accounting experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP
- Experience in multi-entity or multi-location environments preferred
- Advanced Excel skills
- ERP experience (NetSuite or similar preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with inventory, cost accounting, or international entities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
