We are looking for a true Sales Professional. Someone with the grit to win and the empathy to connect. You understand that sales is a "People Business," but you also know how to work smart. You don’t shy away from modern tools if they help you reduce administrative noise and give you more time for your customers. You are responsible for the strategic expansion of our market presence in the DACH region. Your focus is on the customer and the closing, supported by efficient processes.
Your job’s key responsibilities are:
Steering and closing complex sales cycles while acting as a trusted advisor at C-level and guiding our customers as a thought leader through the changes of the “Agentic Era”
Managing the sales cycle for the Goldright Enterprise Suite to B2B clients – from lead generation to contract closure and handover to the Consulting Team
Representing Goldright at relevant trade fairs, conferences, webinars, and networking events
Active identification, outreach, and acquisition of new customers with a mix of traditional prospecting methods and modern, tool-supported outreach and research techniques
Building and maintaining long-term, strategic relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
Delivering presentations, managing complex negotiations, and closing deals at the management level
Collaborating closely with the Marketing Team to develop and implement sales campaigns
Supporting tenders and RfPs
Independent management and optimization of your pipeline in the CRM (Pipedrive)
Providing customer feedback and market insights to Product Management for continuous improvement
Structured and disciplined CRM and pipeline management, including the use of automated workflows and digital assistants to streamline administrative tasks
