Allica Bank is seeking a highly organised and proactive Senior Transaction Associate to join their team. The role involves coordinating and overseeing the onboarding of new clients and introducers, maintaining up to date documentation and reports, and adhering to organisational standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Experience reviewing legal documentation related to business finance
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience working with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Ability to interpret financial information
• Basic familiarity with the legal processes and logistical requirements involved in corporate transactions and acquisitions
