Requirements
- Experience reviewing legal documentation related to business finance
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience working with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Ability to interpret financial information
- Basic familiarity with the legal processes and logistical requirements involved in corporate transactions and acquisitions
