The Role Reporting to the Executive Vice President Latin America, we are seeking a Regional Manager, Energy, Civil Environment (EC E) to lead our commercial efforts across the Latin America region. This role can be based in any Seequent office within LAM and requires regional travel. The Regional Manager, EC E will drive sales growth and business development across the energy, civil engineering, and environmental sectors. You will lead a regional sales team, build strong customer relationships, and develop strategies that expand market presence and revenue performance. This position plays a critical leadership role in aligning regional execution with Seequent’s global strategy while ensuring exceptional customer experience and predictable revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Technical Sales, Product teams, and Bentley sales channels to generate demand, unlock new opportunities, and support successful renewals. This is an opportunity to shape regional strategy, influence cross-functional alignment, and contribute to the broader Latin America Leadership Team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to Drive regional sales growth across energy, civil engineering, and environmental sectors. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing regional sales team aligned with fiscal targets. Build and strengthen strategic relationships with key customers and partners across Latin America. Collaborate with Marketing to develop targeted go-to-market strategies and generate demand. Work closely with Technical Sales and Product teams to align solutions with customer needs. Expand customer pipelines through strategic partnerships and proactive business development. Ensure on-time renewals to maintain revenue predictability and long-term customer success. Provide accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and commercial planning. Identify emerging market trends and opportunities within EC E industries. Act as the voice of the customer, bringing market insights into internal strategic discussions. Contribute to the Latin America Leadership Team by setting clear priorities and driving regional alignment. Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Bachelor’s degree required. 5–7 years of experience leading business or commercial teams. 5–7 years of experience in business development and/or technical sales. Experience working with international clients and multicultural environments. Strong leadership, organizational, and management skills. Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop and execute growth strategies. Superior written and verbal communication skills, including influencing C-Suite and VP-level leaders. Robust understanding of relevant technology and market trends. Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English. Ability to operate effectively in dynamic environments, manage ambiguity, and adapt to change. Attributes Strategic thinker with a growth mindset.
