The Role As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be the driving force behind our marketing strategy for your portfolio of products. You will play a critical role in connecting and collaborating across global product and revenue teams, transforming complex technical information into compelling positioning that differentiates Seequent from the competition and resonates with target audiences. From acquisition to retention, your work will ensure that the voice of the customer is at the heart of everything we do. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: • Develop and execute a dynamic product marketing strategy. • Lead go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches.• Conduct in-depth customer, competitor, and market research to inform marketing strategies. • Collaborate across product, design, and customer experience, to ensure alignment on goals and cohesive execution of strategies. • Craft clear and impactful product positioning and messaging. • Collaborate with Digital and Field Marketing teams to deliver high-impact campaigns. • Enable internal teams with consistent and effective communication of our product positioning and messaging. • Create engaging content for both external and internal audiences, including solution briefs, white papers, and sales playbooks. • Develop and maintain detailed buyer personas. • Contribute to product naming and commercialisation decisions. • Collaborate with Product Management and Customer Marketing to implement strategies that drive product adoption, usage, and customer retention. To be successful in this role, you should have: • 7+ years of experience in Product Marketing, preferably in B2B software or SaaS. • A degree in business, geosciences, engineering, or a related field. • Proven expertise in developing global campaign content.• Strong understanding of B2B buyer personas and customer journeys. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong project management skills to oversee marketing campaigns and product launches. • Ability to analyse customer and product insights to make data-driven decisions. • Creative and strategic thinking with a willingness to try new things. • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage external vendor relationships. • Ability to build rapport with and influence senior leaders Additional Information Office-based working environment, work from our Vancouver, Canada or Christchurch, New Zealand office two or more days per week. #L1-SS1
