The Role The Geologist, Enterprise Success Manager (GESM) plays a pivotal role in transforming customers from sales to long-term customer success. The mantra for this role is ‘users and usage’, optimizing the number of happy, proficient users and maximizing their usage of our solutions. The GESM is Seequent’s main advocate for a select group of enterprise customers, ensuring seamless onboarding and proactively supporting clients to become engaged, proficient users. Acting as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams such as technical support, product management, and account management, the GESM coordinates cross-departmental efforts to deliver positive outcomes. By developing a deep understanding of customers’ business needs and workflows, the GESM helps unlock greater value from Seequent's solutions, identifies opportunities for specialized support, and builds strong relationships. The ultimate goal is to empower satisfied users who champion the products, maximize their value, and feel supported throughout their journey. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term retention. Understand client onboarding and training requirements, organize the appropriate technical experts to deliver training, and follow up to measure impact. Act as the voice of the customer within Seequent, advocating for their needs and feedback to enhance the onboarding, product usage, technical support, and overall customer experience. Oversee and monitor customer engagement with technical support, addressing issues proactively, and coordinating with appropriate domain specialist within the organization for timely solutions. Establish a regular cadence of interaction with key stakeholders in the account, ensuring transparency, timely and proactive support and services, sharing of information, reviews and overall, a highly engaged and collaborative working model and operating rhythm. Maintain a significant knowledge, competence and capability of Leapfrog Geo, Edge and Central solutions. Be a 'CRM' champion by ensuring the accurate maintenance of the database and 'Closing the Gaps' process, which provides Product Management with vital market information relating to new product/feature development. Diversify your skills by collaborating with the software development teams to better understand user needs. To be successful in this role, you should have: Expertise in 3D Geological Modelling using Leapfrog Geo Leapfrog Edge 5+ years work experience in mine operations, mineral exploration, and/or consulting University Degree in Geology or Geoscience (BSc or higher) Professional registration with either the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario or the Association of Professional Geoscientists of British Columbia (PGeo), or the eligibility to obtain either. Fluency in English; French or Spanish is considered an asset Excellent interpersonal skills that lead to building rich working relationships Tenacity, persistency, and enthusiastic problem-solving approach Interested in the latest technology and geoscience innovations Enjoys working in a fast-paced and evolving environment Additional Information This role can be based in Vancouver, BC or Toronto, ON, and offers a hybrid structure with three days in the office, and two days working from home. #LI-SS1
