About the Role As Enterprise Success Manager (ESM) – Mining, you will play a pivotal role in transforming customers from point of sale into long term advocates of Seequent’s solutions. With a core focus on users and usage, you will ensure customers not only adopt our products successfully but gain maximum value from them over time. Acting as the primary point of contact for your assigned enterprise accounts, you will work closely with Account Managers and internal teams across technical support, product and domain experts. You will proactively coordinate onboarding, training and ongoing engagement, acting as the customer’s advocate within Seequent while ensuring a seamless and supportive customer experience. This is a highly collaborative and strategic role where success is measured by happy, proficient users, strong relationships and sustained product usage across complex mining environments. Key responsibilities include: Building strong, trusted relationships to drive customer satisfaction, loyalty and long term retention Coordinating onboarding and training by engaging the right technical experts and validating delivered value Acting as the voice of the customer internally to improve onboarding, product usage and support experiences Monitoring customer engagement with technical support and escalating issues before they become risks Identifying opportunities for upsell and cross sell where additional solutions add customer value Analysing customer health data (including usage metrics, support trends and NPS outcomes) and presenting insights to customers Skills and Experience Required 8+ years of relevant industry experience, ideally within mining, technology or complex B2B environments Strong customer centric mindset with a passion for helping customers achieve measurable outcomes Ability to quickly build a broad understanding of a multiproduct solution suite Confident communicator able to engage credibly with technical and nontechnical stakeholders Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity High emotional intelligence, with a relationship driven and empathetic approach Well organised and action oriented, able to manage multiple enterprise accounts simultaneously Relevant industry and technical proficiency to support customers effectively Location and Additional Information This is an office based role, with some travel required to visit customer sites as needed. You will report to the Sales Director, Mining, and work as part of a broader account team. There are no direct reports associated with this position. #LI-SH1
