Security System Integrator - Lenel Certified

Lenel OnGuard Access Control System (ACS) Integration 

ITnova is seeking a qualified and certified Lenel OnGuard Access Control System (ACS) Integration / Security System Integrator to provide comprehensive integration, maintenance, and ongoing support services for the San Francisco International Airport Lenel OnGuard ACS.

The ACS is a mission-critical security system that controls and monitors access to sterile and secure areas throughout the SFO campus, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and airport security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Respond to trouble tickets to ensure application uptime and system performance.
• Work individually and in teams to diagnose and resolve application issues.
• Execute preventative maintenance tasks to maximize application availability and identify system faults.
• Perform routine configuration changes (user permissions, application configuration, (etc.).
• Document all system modifications through a digital change control tracking system. 
• Produce quality technical documentation describing the conceptual and quantitative facets of system deployment, intended for both a technical and nontechnical audience.
• Perform pre-deployment end to end testing of all system modifications and upgrades.
• Perform on site installations of software upgrades and system modifications.

 Required Qualifications

• Lenel Certification for Lenel OnGuard Version 8.2 or higher.
• Security Center, Avigilon Control Center, and / or Vidsys Enterprise.
• BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or five years’ experience with physical security systems.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows Server and Client environments.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to write technical documentation tailored to a varied audience.
• Working knowledge of Windows server and client hardware.
• Knowledge of network communications and IP addressing.
• Excellent problem solving, analytic, and time management skills.
• Ability to pass criminal background check.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

 Preferred Qualifications

• SQL Server: Ability to install, perform basic administrative functions and create
• Crystal Reports: Ability to create reports for SQL databases.
• Microsoft certification: Windows and/or SQL.
• Working knowledge of Windows PowerShel
